Seain grew up immersed in the world of construction, following in the footsteps of his father to become a second-generation licensed contractor. From a young age, he was drawn to the blend of design and practicality, which led him to shadow his father and gain hands-on experience in the field.
As he progressed through his education, Seain expanded his skill set by learning multiple trades, further solidifying his passion for construction. While earning his Bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University, his path in the industry became clear. His methodical approach and calm demeanor quickly set him apart, earning him the role of foreman in his first official construction job. Since then, he has successfully managed and led teams through hundreds of projects.
With 15 years of industry experience, Seain is known for providing reliable, well-informed guidance and has earned the respect of both his peers and City officials. His expertise and leadership continue to shape the industry, making him a trusted figure in the construction community.
A Marin native, Seain now resides in Novato with his wife and daughters, where he continues to build both exceptional projects and lasting relationships.

Allen is a proud Bay Area native, born and raised in Palo Alto. With years of small-business experience starting as a teenager, he developed strong bookkeeping, operations, and management skills that set him apart early on.
As Office Manager at Sonoma Build Group, Allen works closely with HR and Accounting to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. His transition into construction has sharpened his ability to guide clients through billing, project costs, and financial clarity—ensuring transparency and confidence at every step.
Outside the office, Allen stays energized by music and his growing passion for fitness.
