About Sonoma Build Group
Seain grew up immersed in the world of construction, following in the footsteps of his father to become a second-generation licensed contractor. From a young age, he was drawn to the blend of design and practicality, which led him to shadow his father and gain hands-on experience in the field.
As he progressed through his education, Seain expanded his skill set by learning multiple trades, further solidifying his passion for construction. While earning his Bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University, his path in the industry became clear. His methodical approach and calm demeanor quickly set him apart, earning him the role of foreman in his first official construction job. Since then, he has successfully managed and led teams through hundreds of projects.
With 15 years of industry experience, Seain is known for providing reliable, well-informed guidance and has earned the respect of both his peers and City officials. His expertise and leadership continue to shape the industry, making him a trusted figure in the construction community.
A Marin native, Seain now resides in Novato with his wife and daughters, where he continues to build both exceptional projects and lasting relationships.
Seain McCann
Another Bay Area native, Allen was born and raised in Palo Alto. His experience in small business operations from a teenager on has helped him excel in bookkeeping and management skills. Allen joined Sonoma Build Group as Office Manager working alongside HR and Accounting. Joining a team in construction has helped him learn additional skills to help assist our clients understand billing and project cost concerns. Out of the office, Allen enjoys music and a newfound passion for fitness.
