We don't hand projects off between a sales team, a design team, and a build team. Seain leads every project from the initial site visit through final walkthrough — which means the person who understands your project best is the person making decisions on site.
That's not a pitch. It's just how a small, serious crew operates. We take on fewer projects than larger firms because we refuse to spread thin.
Where we work.
Our work splits between San Francisco — where we've handled everything from Victorian-era seismic retrofits to full gut renovations in Pacific Heights and the Haight — and Sonoma County, where we've built ground-up on hillside sites from Glen Ellen to Warm Springs.
Both markets reward the same thing: contractors who understand the terrain, the permits, and the building stock. That's 15 years of hard-won knowledge we bring to every project.
