Seain grew up surrounded by family members who worked in construction, and following in his father's footsteps, he became the second generation of licensed contractors in the family.

From a young age, Seain had a passion for design and practicality, so he decided to shadow his father to learn the ins and outs of construction. As he progressed through high school, Seain began learning different trades to expand his knowledge and further his interest in the industry.

While obtaining a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University, Seain's transition into a construction career seemed inevitable. Due to his methodical and calm demeanor, he was promoted to foreman during his first official construction job and has since managed and led teams through hundreds of projects. With 16 years of construction experience under his belt, Seain is well-positioned to provide reliable advice and is respected by his peers and city officials alike.
